Your post brought back memories of the seesaw, slide and swing....bumped heads and sore tailbones galore!

I would assume some of these instructions are because someone/or some organization do not desire liability in case something goes wrong.

I like the opportunity of learning of things...you figure things out for yourself and those lessons kind of stick...
