You know Jessey, I was just thinking about this today - if you knew the old Yana she had a very low self esteem and had social anxiety as a result - but then again that was the old Yana caught up in a deadend rt - a healthy self esteem gives a person oodles of self confidence - it clearly shows -😊👍
