You know I have been thinking on this lately - at how fortunate I am to have gotten out when I did - I kid you not when I say sometimes I couldn't tell which way was up or if black was white - I was depressed for a long time but long story short I did get out - still suffering flashbacks and all that but it's def much lesser with a lot of work and healing 💚
