You have touched upon a topic that's on a lot of writers minds - I see a lot of fake engagement going on - ppl visiting your page just because they expect a read back - I guess they don't care getting the same quality of engagement that they dole out -

Not everyone is as considerate as you are - also I feel adding a link to the top for non members to read here for free is not good for the read ratio - a couple of my posts that did well in terms of views (not earnings) had a lot of external traffic and had a abysmal read ratio because they just skim through or scan or whatever
