You have perfectly encapsulated what I'm currently facing - I am half a world away from my elderly parents and I worry about them - we had a discussion about moving into a place with round the clock medical care, however, they do not want to be transplanted from their home - and neither do I have the heart to argue that it would be a better option for their current needs
