You have discussed an important topic - I have always struggled with emotional eating - and now with the depression and meds I'm taking for ongoing health issues - I have gained quite a bit - it is a constant yo-yoing at this point - I want to be at a healthy weight and yet I cannot exercise much other than walk - I lose weight and regain it just as fast - at this point I am not going to worry too much about it but focus on getting my health back - then will get to it
