…ah. It was all about eating right, getting lots of exercise, and meditating and reflecting on life. They had what they called the Green Valley Challenge. It involved rock climbing, repelling 200 feet down a mountainside, and zip lining across a 250-foot gorge. It was scary and invigorating. I left that place feeling fully rejuvenated and about five pounds lighter.
