Yes - I can see this with respect to having principles as well as sticking to goals with unwavering determination - this is how great things are accomplished - however, having a strong will and ability to make decisions and stick to them is a very hard thing to do for many ppl because the will can be bent or can falter at the slightest pressure - decisions can be broken or changed

So, I would say those who are able to do see things through with strong decision making and will power are exceptional
