Wow - this is a bit bitter but yea, I get you

In my culture, money determines the social standing so ppl tend to live beyond their means building huge houses etc just to project that they are well to do (while they be drowning in loans)

Culturally speaking, it is one who made it to a foreign country or has a cushy job that gets hit on the most for money and to fulfill obligations

I think the new gen is less showy and more into keeping their financial business to themselves -

The thing is once ppl know you have the moolah, I don't think there is escape either from friends or sugar babies 😆
