Why is that, I wonder? I simply don't get why over here having a good time usually means having a bunch of beers or a few drinks - thankfully there is no pressure in my friend circle because they know I don't drink but if I were to socialize elsewhere or go to a party then everyone seems to be letting loose with the drinks -
