Whenever I write, I don't pay attn to the word count unless it is shortform - but my articles are mostly under the 5 min range - one of the things I enjoy about my writing hobby is I don't put pressure on myself in anything - I even stopped writing for the big pubs because it was just too much pressure to deliver highly polished stuff -
