When I was young - the fancy bathrooms used to be in the hotels and it used to be pretty exciting to stay in one - what I have noticed here is ppl give a lot of importance to the bathroom and its layout when they go house hunting - a spacious one with his and her sections including walk in closets - I don't have a fancy bathroom but I have added a few touches like a nice paint color/tiles/mirrors to make it nice
