When I saw your title, the first thing I thought the diff between someone with charisma and someone with a magnetic personality -

I personally feel charisma is something you acquire by putting in the effort and work to build that sort of personality (not easy at all) - on the other hand I have seen people with a magnetic personality that people seem naturally drawn to with very little effort on their part (in born) - so which is the optimum one in your opinion?
