We once went to see a house that seemed to be lower than the normal price for the neighborhood - yes, it needed some work and the realtor was tight lipped - we took a walk around the house and saw a tree had crashed right through the roof of the sunroom behind and the damage had not been repaired - oh well - so much for the lower price
