Unfortunately this is the sad truth - ppl like to be busy - sitting still has perhaps become the most difficult thing - I don't know if this is the place to mention this but ever since I started on my self discovery journey, I enjoy my company - that combined with being an introvert helped me through the Covid lockdown -

I love the fact that you are everybody's fave uncle - it does require a lot of energy to be able to keep up with active kids 👍
