This was/is still me :) and I prefer Zoom calls to in person meetings - thank goodness for Zoom lol

Seriously, I wouldn't have gotten out of my comfort zone if I hadn't joined a support group a few years ago - probably one of the best decisions I made

Thank goodness also for friends who are not put off by my introverted nature and lack of taking initiative in making plans etc
