This was an interesting read - I agree self confidence is crucial especially in a writing context - I have been writing for a year now (both online and for clients/organizations) and I've realized that talent is only a part of it - flexibility in writing and knowledge about SEO, how to use various platforms and social media and speed are all important components as well -
