This was a delightful read - sometimes I think there is also a cultural aspect to life & duty - in some cultures you are bound to fulfill the expectations of parents & family, you are bound by duty to take care of family and elderly parents, you live your life a certain way because you are bound by duty to tradition and society -

I totally get Tagore's quote in this situation

However, not every culture is like that. In some you live for yourself doing what is best for you -
