Recently I have been getting a weird vibe - perhaps it's always been there - this groupism - those who think they are the real deal (which they may be) in writing vs the wannabes and so on - and they all band together in their little groups because there is safety in numbers?

I thought we are here to appreciate creativity in different forms, encourage and inspire each other?
