This one is interesting...I think it is HGTV which introduced me to how particular men can be about their man caves...in my case I tend to retreat within myself...that's the way it has always been and I used to think that was weird earlier but now I've embraced it...it has not only helped with self awareness and that way I feel more in touch with myself...
