You know, when I read bios where ppl talk about how they started writing at an early age, it made me recall how creativity was not encouraged in my culture - it was purely academics - I so wanted to study literature but was persuaded (by the entire family) to choose a diff field of study - oh well

At least now I get to write and am enjoying it
