This is such a tough tough situation - my heart goes out to Ben and Mira - unfortunately love marriages across religions is still not common especially in conservative cultures - I have friends who are of diff religions and food, religious celebrations and raising kids in both faiths oftentimes happen to be bone for contention

If they could leave the country and start their lives away from so much pressure that would be best but then again you mentioned that might not be possible
