This is an interesting question because when I visit my extended family abroad - the two things that they always ask me to bring is Aunt Jemima pancake mix and Bengay pain ointment. The latter is in such popular demand that I purchase from Costco so that I have enough to distribute among my elderly relatives. Food wise I really miss pounded yam and soup (from when I lived in Nigeria as a child😊)
