This brought back memories of when I was younger and was invited to stay over parties at my then partner's house - it was very uncomfortable for me (an introvert) - I don't talk much and I feel forced to show some enthusiasm/excitement itherwise it draws the usual comments that I'm a snob - was never the partying kind and on top of that why do I have a feeling that things (as in friendships)that start off great don't necessarily last...?
