The New England area has so many Susans and Karens - and Bobs as well as Mikes and Kevins (no Chads, strangely) but none in the difficult sense of the word (at least in my experience)... But yes I've definitely have met a few of them like those in your article - but I prefer to call them by their real name and they don't necessarily belong to one specific race
