The mention of Costco reminded me of the big bags of veggies and stuff I used to ultimately end up buying...during the pandemic the whole thing went to a whole new level with people bulk buying toilet paper -good enough for the next few years :o .....I just don't get it

We just end up buying/spending much more than we need.

So I stopped Costco several years ago and am fine with the local grocery stores.
