The line about 20 year old self help gurus being very wise stuck with me - yes they are those rare bright lights out there but for the most part when I read self help stuff and that too from very young ppl who haven't experienced life - tbh it is laughable -it is obviously clickbait - and chances are it is recycled stuff from other more popular writers -

I rarely read self help stuff - I find I learn more from stories like yours where there there is stuff to be learned from experience, lessons learned - real talk, real life in other words -

I think many agree with me on that account😊
