The first thought when I heard the horrifying news is Not Again! Why are these things allowed to happen - why, why, why??

I heard there was a lot of blame shifting going on instead of anything concrete in the initial days - then probably because of the intense protests and media pressure, the culprit was nabbed

I wish this would bring about new laws and safety measures not only for medical professionals but women in general
