The first thing I thought about is how much joy a bunch of bananas bring to diff ppl through sharing 💙 (The emphasis being on sharing)

Over here, I wouldn't do that simply because ppl are so fussy - they'd ask where it was brought from, whether it is organic, whether it is this or that - and most have specific tastes and preferences

I'd rather contribute money and have someone else deal with party food etc
