That's a huge amount indeed!

I picked up two closing pubs because they were my fave for publishing and I didn't want to see them close their doors - since we are niche, there aren't an overwhelming amount of submissions and yet our team of 6 work round the clock - you are right when you say as editors we are performing a service, albeit an unpaid one.

It would be nice to be rewarded - def would help us stay motivated :)
