Thank you for speaking up about this, Ali. I understand that many want to avoid confrontation (myself included) and rather bear things quietly or ignore. But I can't keep quiet beyond a point and make use of my voice in dealing with certain situations. But as you mentioned it is also important to consider the circumstances, options and situation first.
