Tbh - lice is quite common in the home country -it is disgusting and I tend to be extra careful when I travel given that I have waist long hair and am especially vulnerable because of that - but you have to understand some cultures - some think I make a big deal out of not sharing my bedding or clothing - after all they are all relatives while I'm just being uppity and fussy because I come from the US -

Worms are also pretty common ...thankfully treatment is readily available for both
