Tbh I had no clue about these things - I must have been living under a rock - or probably it is my culture tends to encourage women (of my gen) to be selfless instead of selfish (as focusing on oneself and one's wellbeing is considered) - so glad I discovered it and am actively working on it - what a diff it makes not only on mental health but also wellbeing and self confidence 💙
