Tbh I don't remember my school years fondly - I think the whole experience was quite cruel firstly because I was neither here nor there so couldn't fit in any groups because I am neither white or black (which is a big deal in South Africa) and being sensitive with a tendency to be lost in my world was no match for the subjects I was 'encouraged' to pursue in order to please my parents -
