In my culture, a man's job is usually secondary to a man's job - it is complicated because from birth most women are made to believe their destiny is to get married and have a family so everything they do is supposed to align with that goal in mind -

However, I am happy to see that a lot of things are changing starting with my gen - women are encouraged to seek an education first before marriage and am also happy that more are interested in STEM
