Sometimes the problem we are facing seems insurmountable - many times I have felt this and what's more, the internalizing part was worse - I am glad I am part of a support group - I also share in my writing and this open things up to different perspectives - it makes the problem less daunting and oftentimes these days I go - "Now why didn't I look at it that way?"
