Someone I know got scammed - small amounts of money was siphoned off his savings account and he did not know until he lost a lot of money - this happened after he received a strange phone call from a person claiming to be someone they clearly were not - the sad thing is this is a reputed bank but did not notice what was happening - they said it is his fault -
