So here is my experience (from a child's perspective) whose parents travelled for work all the time - (keep in mind, this was a diff gen and facilities were not as widespread as today) - I preferred if they had stayed in one country and let me go to one school at least the high school part - it was very hard on us kids waking up to a new school, language, culture every few years....
