I picked these lines to muse on - I am back in therapy and one of the reasons why is there is only so much you can do on your own to gain clarity...

one of the things we are working on is to leave the dead - past mistakes, hurts, releasing the attachments so it is no longer hanging like an albatross around my neck and preventing me from living in the present -
