I am an early riser - having said that remember I mentioned I was riding a wave a little over a year ago - well that was the time I was doing the productivity bros thing - end result: I was in PT for 6 months due to frozen shoulder - it's simply not for me - so as you said I let the day come to me...go with the flow and all that - much better for overall wellbeing
