Why have dogs if you can't take care of them - I mean I am not surprised - there is particularly vicious little dog in the neighborhood who is always escaping from the house and chasing down unwary pedestrians - the first time the dog nearly attacked me, the owner was nonchalant (more concerned about the dog than what it was about to do) -the third time it happened I gave them a piece of my mind (not pretty at all) and said I;m calling the cops...
