Okay - let me tell you a story -I was once part of a cause that was close to my heart - me being me I went above and beyond my job parameters because I wanted this cause/team project to succeed - I worked very hard to rally the team and even join up with other teams to brainstorm - not for personal gain but because - oh well - the ending is not pretty - I chose to leave in the end - ever since then I just stick to my job parameters - nothing more or less - not saying I don't have an opinion or a strong voice but as Deb said I tend to use it only when I'm moved enough
