No it isn't. I was bullied - doesn't make me a bully -and I've heard a lot of moms defend the actions of their kids - for example race - that's a hot topic - from a person who was regularly bullied for being too light skinned and not light skinned enough I would say kids say mean things because they are taught how to say those from somewhere else - but again who would accept that they do that?
