Second thank you for sharing your personal experience with IBS - it is not easy but something that will help many and I'll explain why -

I do know someone with IBS - they have suffered from it since after a major surgery - the doctors keep saying it is psychological but for the person it is very real, cause for a lot of discomfort , pain and embarrassment as they don't know when or where it will occur -

I am sorry you have had to experience this from a young age and I'm happy to know you figured out how to manage it through lifestyle changes -
