Never a dull moment, eh?

My friend has a dog she adopted from the puppy mill - for some reason (obviously related to past trauma) the dog is untrainable - she is attached to my friend's partner but incessantly barks at everyone else - they have tried everything including hiring a trainer - now they are at their wit's end trying to figure out what to do....
