My goodness Nour - I enjoyed a big cup of coffee and snacks while reading this - it was loooong - and honestly I don't follow any rules in my writing except that I have an ide and go with my gut instinct - no prep work usually - and very few revisions unless an editor (whom I look up to) specifically asks me to -

And I don't think an average writer can incorporate all the elements you mentioned - we all have our strengths
