Most of the time people hereabouts are polite and quick to help - but I have also lived in other states and my experience has not been as pleasant - I remember a cashier once nearly had me in tears from her meanness - it happens - everyone is stressed or dealing with problems - but yes, when you shop you really don't know what type of customer service to expect -
