Lol - there was a time before Covid that I used to fly a lot (long distance) - never could relax enough to fall asleep unless I knocked myself out -

On the other hand someone I know would get on the plane and instantly fall asleep and only wake up after the plane lands - it's like a light switch you can turn off and on lol😆

So yes, prior to landing I do go to the restroom and layer up on the concealer so I don't look completely bedraggled😜
