I've heard about this and I'm so sorry your daughter and yourself had to go through such a painful experience -

When I forst started experiencing symptoms of fibromyalgia my PCP wanted me to go on anti depressants because she thought I was making it up - the pain persisted and the anti depressants didn't help my particular issue - only Lyrica did -

But later on fibromyalgia led to depression and that is a whole another story...sigh ...
