It would sound corny when I say I am productive as a writer thanks to a weird form of insomnia that makes me wake up at 3 am like clockwork - what is one to do if one can't go back to sleep at 3 am?
For me, it was more restless thoughts than anything else - this year it shifted to 4 am lol - hoping it will become 5 am soon 😊
Do you think it was the pills that contributed to weight gain? Some of my friends say the older we become, the harder it is to lose the weight beyond a certain point
